The Youth Program, carried out by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), is an active employment program organized for university students to gain work experience and earn income while continuing their education. Program; While it helps students get to know the business world, gain working habits and discipline, it also aims to increase their chances of finding a job after graduation. 

Key features of the program:

Students can work 1 to 3 days a week, so they can gain practical experience without falling behind on their training programs. 

Within the scope of the program, income support is provided for each day worked and daily payments are made by İŞKUR. In addition, insurance premiums (general health insurance and work accident and occupational disease premiums) are covered by İŞKUR during the program. 

Working areas; It may cover many different sections such as on-campus sustainable activities, infrastructure and maintenance services, social and cultural event supports, academic and administrative affairs, student development and adaptation studies, digital transformation and innovation. 

This program is an opportunity that provides both career development and financial support to university students. In applications carried out jointly with relevant universities, students are given the opportunity to apply on the specified dates and quotas are generally determined by lottery in the presence of a notary.
